    Is the UAE as litigious as the US? These rules, especially #10, are posted in American pools so no one can sue the owners. Does the fact that there are pool rules mean you’ve found a place with a pool? Or are we looking at the hotel? Anxious to see your next place!

      It is definitely not as litigious as the US. Getting involved in court matters can often backfire, so people are not eager to do it.

      This is a pool at an apartment building where we will NOT be living. No vacancies by the time we got there.
